1. Scope of Service

Infinivo AI offers AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to chatbot systems, CRM integrations, funnel setups, workflow automation, and related tools. We may update features, pricing, or terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding.

  • Use our systems legally and ethically.

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell our proprietary systems.

  • Not abuse automations in violation of spam, privacy, or regulatory laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).


3. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled 7 days prior to the billing date.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.


4. Intellectual Property

All workflows, systems, templates, scripts, designs, and content built or provided by Infinivo AI remain the intellectual property of Infinivo AI unless otherwise licensed in writing.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our systems strictly for your internal business purposes.


5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect any confidential business, technical, or strategic information shared during collaboration, as defined in our [Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement]60e871da-3c13-49dc-9686….

Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

  • Automation logic and scripts

  • Sales systems and data

  • Strategic roadmaps

  • Client or customer data

Exclusions include public information or data independently developed without access to our confidential material.


6. Data Security

We take all reasonable measures to secure user data and automation environments. However, you acknowledge that no system is immune to breach, and use our services at your own risk..


7. Support & SLAs

Support is provided via email and private channels. We aim to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Emergency support may be available for active clients under retainer.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinivo AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruption or data loss

  • Delays or failures outside of our control

  • Third-party platform changes (e.g., APIs, hosting, integrations)

Total liability is limited to the amount paid to Infinivo AI in the last 60 days.


  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse the platform or tools

  • We receive credible reports of abuse or misconduct

Upon termination, you agree to cease use of all Infinivo AI materials.
